Here is a list of important dates to remember throughout the school year. This was sent home at the beginning of the year, but we felt it would be helpful to share again.
MSAD#60 and Hussey School Calendar of Events ~ 2019-20
Tuesday, September 3rd – 1st Day of School for Students entering First through Third Grade. Orientation for Kindergarten Students Thursday, September 12th – First Scheduled Professional Development Thursdays begins. Dismissal for Students being picked up by parent/guardian/authorized adult is at 2:00 PM. Dismissal for Students riding the bus is 2:05 PM. Follow this schedule for all other Thursdays, except those noted below.
Friday, October 11th – Teacher Workshop Day, No School for Students Monday, October 14th – Columbus Day, No School Thursday, October 24th- Parent/Teacher Conferences Thursday, October 25th – Picture Day – Hussey
Monday, November 11th – Veteran’s Day, No School Wednesday, November 27th thru Friday, November 29th – Thanksgiving Break Friday, December 20th – Teacher Workshop Day, No School for Students Monday, December 23rd thru Tuesday, January 1st - Winter Break Monday, January 20th – Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. Day, No School Thursday, January 23rd - No Early Release Monday, February 17th thru Friday, February 21st - February Break Thursday, April 9th – Parent/Teacher Conferences Friday, April 17th – Teacher Workshop Day, No School for Students Monday, April 20th thru Friday, April 24th – April Break Thursday, May 7th – No Early Release Monday, May 25th – Memorial Day, No School Thursday, May 28th – No Early Release Thursday, June 4th – No Early Release Tuesday, June 17th – Last Day of School (including 5 snow days)
